I was able to rip AVA, from the Redbox, with no problem. Other BD disks are recognized with Anydvd enabled, just this AVA BD. Am I out of luck? Am I using the wrong discs? Do I need to update the firmware? That system report leads me to believe it is not supported. Windows 10 sees the drive as HL-DT-ST BD-RE WH16NS40. I have tried three Verbatim BD-R DL discs and all have had bad sector errors when trying to verify and not played in my standalone Blu-ray player. This leads me to believe it is not supported, yet the OWC website says it is, as does LG's Website.
